* Hosting Requirements: Our team will guide you through the process of choosing an appropriate package and setting up an account with our preferred hosting provider. We have selected our hosting partner for optimal uptime, performance and developer access. This account will be separate from your support agreement and fully-owned by you.

1 Approved Plugins: Our team has vetted a list of plugins that we have full confidence in. These approved plugins have a history of high coding standards, regular security releases, and widespread adoption. During our site audit, we will review your site’s current active plugins and compare those against our list. If active plugins are found outside of this list, we may suggest a support add-on or alternative plugins that perform the same task.

2 WooCommerce Premium Plugins: Due to the subscription-based model of premium WooCommerce plugins, our support includes up to 5 of these. Additional support may be added. It is important to note, for full support, our team will need access to your Woo account for 3rd party support access, subscription renewals, and plugin file access.

3 Github version control: During setup, our team will install version control with push to deploy features on your site. By default, the repository will be hosted on our private account. For an additional cost, we can move the codebase to a repository you own. In these cases, it is important to note that we’ll require write access.

Can I cancel my service agreement if I’m unhappy?

You can cancel your support contracts anytime.

Do you offer hosting?

We do not host websites, but we will migrate your site to a reliable hosting service and configure it to ensure it works properly. Almost 90% of the speed problems we deal with are related to hosting issues!

Is there a limit to my support hours each month?

Our Advanced includes an unlimited number of tasks we’ll perform each month. Note that tasks are different from services like site migrations, new site builds and site rebuilds. However, most website technical issues and edits are tasks that are part of your plan.

Can I change my plans if I need more or less help?

Absolutely! You should always have the plan that aligns with the needs of your business.
